My toe 5-bandage remove 2

Today after work, preparing to bath i had to remove the bandage for bath. Removal was pretty tough. There was a slit in between the wound that was torn apart because it was sticking to the cotton bandage :(. It started bleeding again and damn tearing the cotton apart from the wound is again nothing but a pain in the ass.

My toe 3 -after bath & dressing

This is my toe after the horrible water. Before the bath I had to wash it with antiseptic, then keep it dry for a moment while I bath. The areas round my toe is washed as well. The bathing process took more than 30 minutes. Then I have to cloths myself, dry the sticky wound then apply the medication for that area... Horrible experience from the station stairs....

My toe 2 -removal of bandage

If any of you is wondering how it looks like, well, it is as the image attached below. It is ugly well yes I know. It is about larger than the size of a 10 cents.

It was a pain in the ass removing the bandage after a whole day out at work for bath. The bandage inclusive of cotton and plasters were hardened due to the blood and sticky water from the wound. I've decided not to take a picture of the plaster as it is going to further gross you out.

Again, it was a pain in the ass. The cotton got stuck to the skin and I had trouble removing it. DAMN painful. Today morning 8th May 2009, my friendly colleague told me, removal can be done less painfully by putting some oil on it. Damn... Oops cursing too much dy ;( sorry. The pain is freaking! and I mean FREAKIN'.

You know what? I had to endure the night sleeping with the toe outside the blanket and my arm numb due to the injections.

My toe 1 -with bandage

Yesterday 7 May 2009 morning while I was on my way to work, I accidentally kicked the walls of the stairs at the LRT station that I usually took my ride at. It resulted in my feed being skinned, bleed and full with pain.

I had to continue my journey to work, get a doctor slip and see the doctor so he can cut the access skinned out and wash the wound. I couldnt believe it. I was laughing and crying because it stinks to have wash your wound with antiseptic. Having the dead skin stick to your raw flesh and pulling it out to be removed by cutting is also equally as stink!

Now the image below is how my wrapped up toe look like... Damn PAINFUL ah. I had to walk like a cripple so as to minimize the movement and to avoid touching the base of the shoes the whole day...
